All Fleet Inc. is seeking diesel mechanics and truck technicians to join our expanding team for night shift operations. This role covers mobile truck repair and field service across the metro area, including downtown and industrial zones.

Must have diesel repair experience, own tools, and a valid driver’s license, with readiness for after-hours calls. We require DOT/MVR clearance and a customer‑first attitude.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with diesel mechanic / truck technician repairs.
• Your own tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass drug test, DOT physical, and MVR check.

• Flexibility for 24/7/365 support and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, semi-trucks, and trailers.
• Service brake systems, electrical systems, suspension, lighting, tires, and diagnostics.
• Perform mobile truck repair and field service across the metro, including downtown and industrial areas.
• Maintain detailed records of parts, repairs, and service work.
