All Fleet Inc. is hiring Diesel Mechanics and Truck Technicians for a NIGHT SHIFT role. We specialize in mobile truck repair and trailer breakdown service, serving large fleets nationwide.

The position requires overnight availability and on-call rotations to support after-hours service calls. As a Diesel Mechanic or Truck Technician, you will diagnose and repair diesel engines and trailers, maintain brakes and electrical systems, and perform field service across Chicago’s metro area.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with diesel mechanic / truck technician repairs.
• Your own tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass drug test, DOT physical, and MVR check.
• Customer-first attitude and professional demeanor.
• Flexibility for 24/7/365 support and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, semi-trucks, and trailers.
• Service brake systems, electrical systems, suspension, lighting, tires, and diagnostics.
• Perform mobile truck repair and field service across the metro, including downtown and industrial areas.
• Maintain detailed records of parts, repairs, and service work.
