Job summary

All Fleet Inc. is seeking Diesel Mechanics and Truck Technicians for a NIGHT SHIFT to support our mobile repair fleet serving large fleets across the Milwaukee area.

You will diagnose and repair diesel engines, trucks and trailers, service brakes and electrical systems, and perform field service with strict record-keeping. Must have own tools, valid license, and ability to pass DOT/MVR checks; 24/7 on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with diesel mechanic / truck technician repairs.
• Own tools and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass drug test, DOT physical, and MVR check.
• Customer-first attitude and professional demeanor.
• Flexibility for 24/7/365 on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, semi-trucks, and trailers.
• Service brake systems, electrical systems, suspension, lighting, tires, and diagnostics.
• Perform mobile truck repair and field service across the metro, including downtown and industrial areas.
• Maintain detailed records of parts, repairs, and service work.
