Responsibilities

Shared responsibility for finished goods meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Chemical handling and mixing with understanding of ratios and percentages by following mix sheets.
Coordinate blended material required to meet the needs of the production schedule.
Transfer mixes to the hot room to prepare for extrusion.
Retrieve materials from storage and maintain logs and 5S practices.
