Responsibilities

• Produces product by mixing raw materials and automatically transporting the dough to the conveyor lines.
• Performs visual inspection of product and checks for out-of-spec characteristics.
• Performs weight checks, temperature checks, and adjusts mixer settings as needed.
• Performs sanitation duties according to schedule.
