Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Mixer for 2nd shift in Hanover, PA. You will produce product by mixing ingredients, inspect the dough, monitor temperatures, adjust speeds, and support sanitation and maintenance needs.

This full-time role runs on 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) with a $22.75/hour base rate plus shift differential. Ideal candidates have experience following process docs, strong communication skills, and the ability to organize, multitask, and work overtime.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask.
• The ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Produces product by mixing raw materials and transporting the dough to conveyor lines.
• Performs visual inspection and weight checks, records temperatures, and adjusts mixer speeds.
• Resolves production problems by adjusting processes and communicates with supervisors for maintenance.
• Performs sanitation duties according to the schedule.
