Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Hanover, PA is hiring for a Mixer - Crew C (7A-7P) to produce dough by mixing raw materials and transporting it to conveyors. You will visually inspect products, monitor weights and temperatures, adjust equipment, and perform sanitation duties as part of a rotating 7A-7P schedule.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and experience in manufacturing. Overtime may be required and competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred (food manufacturing a plus).
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask; willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Visual inspection of product to identify out-of-spec items.
• Perform weight checks and temperature readings; adjust cutter speeds where needed.
• Record data and monitor mixer speeds; communicate with oven room operators for issues.
• Perform sanitation duties according to schedule.
