Turner Industries Group seeks a night-shift Millwright in Norco, LA to install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial machinery per layouts and drawings. Reports to Foreman; duties follow client procedures with emphasis on safety and quality.

The role involves reading schematics, assembling equipment, and performing preventive maintenance while adhering to site safety standards and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• 1–4 years of experience in the specified skill (level dependent).
• Some sites may require NCCER certification.
• Written pre-employment qualification test.
• Post-offer drug/alcohol screen and physical evaluation.
• Site safety requirements as required by the client.
• Safety equipment as required by the client.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and schematics to determine work procedures.
• Dismantle machines; move and install equipment per plans.
• Align machines with precision; bolt and weld to foundations.
• Repair and lubricate machinery; perform basic maintenance.
• Assist with grouting and base plate work; follow client rules.
