Rogers Group, Inc. in Cross Plains, TN seeks a Night Shift Maintenance Technician/Millwright to maintain and repair plant operations, including crushers, conveyors and screens. The role requires welding, fabrication, and a hands-on maintenance background.

This full-time night shift offers starting wages of $26.00 per hour, with opportunities to lead maintenance projects and work across different areas of the quarry. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
• Mechanical aptitude/ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs as needed.
• Previous fixed plant maintenance or related industry experience is required.
• Experience working with crushers, conveyors and screens is preferred but not required.
• Experience in fabricating, cutting, and stick and mig welding is required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, direction, and work planning for plant maintenance, fabrication, and heavy repair projects.
• Self-motivated individual - must be able to perform required duties independently, without constant supervision.
• Must be flexible on working hours and locations with the ability to adapt to different work environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair plant operations including crushers, conveyors and screens.
• Lead maintenance projects and provide direction and planning for fabrication and heavy repairs.
• Fabricate and weld as needed for plant maintenance and improvements.
• Work nights and weekends as required for night shift operations.
• Ensure safety and compliance in all maintenance activities.
