Job summary

Novant Health's Medical ICU is seeking an experienced registered nurse for full-time night shifts (7pm–7am). The role requires at least 2 years of ICU experience and an active RN license.

You will care for critically ill and medically complex patients in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and compassionate, patient-centered care. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure in the appropriate state is required.
• At least 2 years ICU experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Establish authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system.
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health or supports a peaceful death.
• Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist the patient in navigating their health journey.
