Job summary

The Sheppard Pratt Child Unit in Towson, MD is a 20-bed unit providing rapid assessment and stabilization for children ages 5 to 11 who need inpatient care for safety and structure due to severity of condition. This part-time role runs 7pm–7:30am with every other weekend, offering supervision by a licensed nurse and structured orientation through Clinical Education.

You will participate in planning and evaluating patient needs, and you will begin extended clinical orientation immediately after

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (advanced degree preferred).
• Past direct care or related experience preferred.
• Must be available to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and evaluating patient needs.
• Work under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Complete extended clinical orientation and training.
