Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or 12 college credits in behavioral health/human services preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience with mental health or substance use challenges preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including hygiene, meal prep, and medication reminders.
• Observe and monitor client behavior, document changes, incidents, and progress.
• Support clients in implementing individualized treatment plans and activities.
• Facilitate group and recreational activities to promote socialization and skill development.
• Assist staff with assessments, interventions, and care coordination.
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment and respond to crises per protocols.
• Maintain timely documentation in client records.
