Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Aide to support residents in Hudson, OH. The role runs 6p-6a with a pay range of $18-$27 per hour in a full-time schedule, requiring empathy, observation, and seamless collaboration with the memory care team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide memory care support with empathy and human connection.
• Observe residents, learn interests and abilities, and tailor engagement plans.
• Set the stage for daily routines and environment to support residents.
• Document care and condition changes accurately for the team.
• Assist with orientation and onboarding of memory care staff.
