Job summary

Gallaher Signature Living in Alameda, CA is seeking a full-time Medication Technician to ensure safe, accurate administration of medications under Title 22. This role supports residents in maintaining independence while delivering discreet, hospitality-driven care in a luxury active living community.

This position requires completion of Title 22 medication training, First Aid/CPR, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent and Title 22 medication training.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with self-administration of medications per Title 22 regulations.
• Follow physician orders, MARs, and community policies precisely.
• Maintain secure storage, labeling, and documentation of medications.
• Ensure medications are given on time and at the correct dosage.
• Document changes in resident condition and report to supervisor.
