Responsabilités

• Provide bedside care for MedSurg patients and perform individualized assessments to guide care
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments
• Administer prescribed medications and accurately document administration
• Initiate changes in care plan if adverse symptoms arise and communicate observations
• Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs as clinically indicated
