Job summary

Gifted Healthcare is seeking MedSurg RNs to provide bedside care for a variety of patients and to perform individualized assessments to create an individualized plan of care. RNs will prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications and will initiate actions when adverse symptoms arise as part of routine care.

Additionally, RNs change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed. Shift: 3x12 Nights, requiring dependable night work in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• MedSurg RNs provide bedside care for a variety of patients and execute individualized patient assessments to create an individualized plan of care.
• MedSurg RNs prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications.
• Initiate alternative action when adverse symptomology is displayed
• Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs when necessary
• Shift: 3x12 Nights
