Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring responses, and performing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and IV starts as needed. The role emphasizes patient safety and high-quality nursing practice on a 3x12 night schedule.

Formación

• Bedside care across varied patient populations.
• Execute individualized patient assessments to plan care.
• Provide safe and evidence-based nursing interventions.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications.
• Initiate alternative action when adverse symptomology is displayed.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs when necessary.
• Shift: 3 x 12 Nights
