Job summary

Right Hire Consulting LLC seeks a Registered Nurse for Med-Surg, night shift in Alabama. The role covers total patient care, assessment, care planning, and evaluation with supervision of staff across units. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

You will provide patient and family education, lead nursing teams, and ensure quality care following the nursing process. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, with ACLS due within 6 months of hire.

• Supervise licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel.
• Maintain staffing coverage including weekends and holidays.
