Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Certified in medication administration per state requirements.
• Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide certification where state regulations require it.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) as needed.
• Identify changes in residents' care needs and support updating their Resident Care Plan with the nurse.
• Encourage participation in scheduled programs and activities.
