Job summary

Brightview Senior Living in Maryland is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide warm personal care services and companionship to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and work with a nurse to update each resident's care plan.

Responsibilities include encouraging participation in community programs, monitoring residents for changes, and ensuring high-quality daily care. A positive attitude and a high school diploma are required, plus certification as a Medication

Qualifications

• You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medication Aide certification (NJ) or Technician certification (MD/PA/VA/RI) is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Collaborate with the nurse to update each resident's Personal Resident Care Plan as needs change.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
