Job summary

Night shift with a strong emphasis on accuracy and turnaround time. Minimum education is a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, with MT certification preferred within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MT certification/registration preferred within 1 year.
• Clinical laboratory internship; two years of clinical experience preferred.
• Certification by a national registry is preferred within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Performs technical laboratory functions including Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Immunology and Microbiology testing.
• Receives and processes specimens, analyzes results, and reports findings to approved callers.
