Job summary

Mercy is seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technologist for night shift (Mon-Thu, 8:00pm-6:30am). The role requires at least 2 years of clinical laboratory experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Current MT/MLS certification or equivalent is required, with certification eligibility for new MLS graduates. Responsibilities include performing and interpreting analyses on patient specimens and providing information to aid in diagnosis, aligned with Mercy standards and mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Current MT/MLS certification or categorical certification through ASCP or equivalent.
• Certification eligible new MLS graduate acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Performs and interprets analysis on patient specimens using complex laboratory techniques.
