ARMStaffing is seeking a Medical Technologist, Blood Bank for a 13-week contract in Saint Marys, PA. Night shift is 5x8 hours, from 16:00 to 00:00, providing essential support in the blood bank department.

The ideal candidate will hold ASCP MT certification and have prior blood bank experience with the required technical skills, including crossmatching and accurate result documentation in the Cerner charting system.

Qualificações

• ASCP MT certification required.
• Experience in blood bank procedures required.
• Familiar with crossmatching and blood product testing.

Responsabilidades

• Perform ABO/Rh typing and antibody screen.
• Conduct crossmatching using automated and manual methods.
• Ensure proper specimen collection, transport, labeling, and storage.
• Report and interpret test results accurately and promptly.
• Participate in quality control and assurance procedures.
