Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution.
• Associates degree with MT(HEW) or current Categorical (ASCP).
• Bachelor’s degree with 60 semester hours including medical laboratory technology or science coursework and ABHES/CAAHEP approved training.

Responsibilities

• Perform and report tests with precision and accuracy across waived to high complexity procedures.
• Monitor QC and QM; investigate variances and ensure supply availability.
• Operate instrumentation and maintain SOPs; escalate issues as needed.
• Educate and support laboratory customers and communicate critical values.
