Job summary

Labcorp in Racine, Wisconsin is hiring a Medical Laboratory Technician – Generalist. This full-time, on-site position supports routine and complex testing in a high-volume clinical lab setting.

The role requires an associate degree in a related science and at least 3 months of lab testing experience (MLT degree acceptable). ASCP/AMT certification is a plus, with flexibility for shift changes as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related science field per CLIA requirements.
• Minimum 3 months of clinical lab testing experience or MLT degree.
• Preferred ASCP or AMT certification may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex clinical laboratory testing.
• Maintain quality control standards and report results.
