ProMedica Flower Hospital in the Laboratory is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist for night shifts. You will perform complex lab tests essential for diagnosing, treating, and preventing medical conditions, applying critical thinking to evaluate specimens and interpret results.

You will also serve as a liaison, ensuring clear communication between the lab and health care teams. External candidates with a two-year commitment may qualify for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

Formación

• Doctoral, Master's or Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological, clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution, or transcripts showing 60 semester hours with 24 in medical technology or 24 in science with chemistry/biology.
• ASCP MLS or Categorical eligible with certification within one year of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex lab tests essential for diagnosing, treating, and preventing medical conditions.
• Evaluate and interpret test results and provide explanations when questions arise.
• Act as liaison to foster effective communication between the lab and health care teams.
