Job summary

Qualified candidates hold MLS/MLT certification (ASCP/AMT) and Hawaii licensure or in-process, with strong reading, writing, and analytical skills, and the ability to operate standard lab equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MLS or associate degree in MLT is required.
• Current ASCP MLS/MLT certification or equivalent AMT certification.
• Active Hawaii license as MLS/MLT or in process to obtain it.
• Strong reading/writing and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex analytical tests on body fluids and tissues.
• Analyze, review, and report testing results.
• Identify when corrective action is needed and implement solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced lab with biological and chemical hazards.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
