Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or an Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Active national certification from ASCP (MLS/MT/CLS) or AMT (MLT).
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills; ability to operate lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex analytical tests on human body fluids and tissues.
• Analyze, review, and report testing results.
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced lab with hazards and ensure safety, compliance, and quality control.
