Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or an Associate's degree as a Medical Laboratory Technician.
• Current and active ASCP certification as MLS or MT/CLS, or AMT certification as MLT.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment including analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, pipettes, and alarms.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex analytical tests on body fluids and tissues to support diagnosis and treatment monitoring.
• Analyze, review, and report testing results.
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced laboratory with biological and chemical hazards.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
