Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medical Technology or related Bachelor's degree.
• Certification as MT/MLS/MB or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in clinical laboratory setting and proficiency testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs clinical laboratory testing under supervision with independent judgment.
• Maintains instrumentation and records; participates in QA activities.
• Maintains accuracy in patient, QA, proficiency, and competency testing.
• May supervise and teach within the laboratory setting.
