Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Medical Science, General or related field required.
• Preferred Master's or related field; state licensure or certification upon hire.
• Certifications listed: MT(ASCP), MT(AMT), MT(AAB), MT(HEW), MLS(ASCP), MLS(AMT), MB(ASCP), H(ASCP).
• Experience with clinical laboratory testing and QA processes is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing per established protocols under supervision.
• Maintain equipment, records, and quality assurance activities.
• Analyze, interpret, and report lab data with accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to performance improvements and may supervise within the lab.
