Minimum qualifications include an associate degree in Life Science or Medical Technology and ASCP or AMT certification, with a strong focus on attention to detail and customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Life Science or Medical Technology is required.
• ASCP or AMT certification is required.
• Demonstrates high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Determine the acceptability of specimens for testing according to standards.
• Perform routine and complex procedures per SOPs.
• Monitor, operate and troubleshoot instrumentation.
• Report accurate test results to support patient care.
