Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year diploma in biological or chemical sciences from an accredited school.
• Completion of an MLT training program including Blood Banking, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology.
• Certification as MLT or eligible for ASCP/AMT within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform high complexity testing with knowledge of QC and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records and generate valid test results.
• Work within SOPs and accrediting body requirements.
• Collaborate with emergency/urgent care teams as needed.
