LaborEdge, LLC is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician for a 13-week contract. The role involves performing a wide variety of laboratory procedures using manual and automated methods, with a high degree of independent judgment and participation in quality improvement activities.

The schedule is night shift 21:00 to 07:30, three 8-hour shifts per week (24 hours). Requires an Associate's Degree in MLT or related field with at least 26 science credits and at least one year of relevant laboratory

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field with 26 science credits.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Relevant military training acceptable in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory procedures with accuracy and precision.
• Report results independently and apply judgment in interpretation.
• Participate in quality improvement activities within the laboratory.
