Job summary

Clover Health Services in Morrisville, Vermont seeks a Medical Lab Specialist to perform routine and complex laboratory tests, collect and prepare specimens, and report results to physicians. The role requires an MLT certification or equivalent and CPR/BLS, with 0–1 year of clinical lab experience preferred.

Shifts are 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, start date 2026-09-01 for 13 weeks. Housing and a health benefit package are provided along with travel pay and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in medical laboratory science or related field or high school diploma with 3+ months documented full-time laboratory training per discipline.
• Experience in required areas (chemistry, hematology, microbiology) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory tests (microscopic, bacteriological, hematological, immunologic).
• Collect, prepare and store specimens.
• Forward test results to physicians.
• Keep accurate records.
• Explain procedures to patients.
• Prepare lab reagents.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Maintain safe working environment.
