Job summary

Nelson Connects is seeking a Manufacturing Associate in Santa Rosa, CA to join a medical device manufacturing environment. You will operate production floor work centers, assemble components, and follow safety and quality rules.

This graveyard shift position pays $22–$23 per hour DOE and runs Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Strong attention to detail, basic English, and at least one year of manufacturing experience are required; medical device/cleanroom background preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of production/manufacturing experience.
• Must have previously worked a Graveyard shift.
• Basic English: read, write, speak and comprehend.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Medical device assembly or cleanroom experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production floor work centers and assembly stations.
• Count and verify materials using basic math.
• Follow oral and written instructions carefully.
• Keep the work area clean and organized daily.
• Work well with a team or independently with low supervision.
