Job summary

Nortech Systems is a leading provider of engineering and manufacturing solutions for electromedical and electromechanical products. The role of Assembler 1 involves completing basic assembly tasks, reading and following build instructions, and using hand tools to assemble components with attention to quality and safety.

The position offers a pay range of $17.00–$18.50 per hour, with an additional $1 shift differential for night shift, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; or 1 month of related experience or training.
• Reading, understanding, and accurately following written instructions.
• Listening and following oral instructions.
• Using electronic devices and computing systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete basic assembly tasks to required quality standards.
• Read and follow written build instructions for operations including lists, color coding, diagrams.
• Assemble, crimp, and prepare components as defined by product documents.
• Use a variety of materials per customer requirements and follow work instructions.
• Operate common hand tools and equipment.
• Apply glues or adhesives to bond materials.
• Clean parts and assemblies with solvents as required.
• Maintain records and participate in quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
