Job summary

bioMérieux in Missouri seeks a Production Technician to prepare Vitek susceptibility and identification media and sub components, set up dispensing systems, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality product to Card production. You will also prepare CIP solutions, maintain clean work areas, and stay current on training and safety procedures.

Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM. Responsibilities include equipment checks, documentation, inventory, and adherence to Master Formulary specs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years wet chemistry bench experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Biology or Chemistry preferred; sterile techniques knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Vitek media and sub components for production.
• Set up dispensing systems and verify volumes and connections.
• Maintain CIP procedures and clean workstations.
• Ensure media labeling, storage, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with documentation reviews and MES coordination.
• Monitor equipment calibration and perform startup/shutdown procedures.
