Job summary

TalentBurst is recruiting for a Med-Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse in Milwaukee, WI for a 13-week onsite contract. Night shift, 12 hours, 3 days/week, with vent management responsibilities and telemetry oversight.

Requires 2+ years of Telemetry RN experience and BLS within a Magnet-designated Level III center. Unit features include high acuity care, 24/7 RT support, and EPIC-based charting; travel orientation provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years RN Telemetry experience.
• Ability to read rhythm strips and interpret arrhythmias.
• Experience with central lines and IV starts.
• Vent management experience required; vent class provided before travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for high-acuity Med-Surg telemetry patients.
• Monitor telemetry and respond to rhythm changes.
• Assist with invasive lines, IVs, and ventilator care as assigned.
• Support charge nurse with patient assignments and unit operations.
