Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Med/Surg Tele RN for a night shift position in North Carolina. Requires 2 years MS/Tele experience and NC or compact RN licensure.

Shift is 19:00–07:00 with 1:5–6 patient ratios and occasional floating to similar units. Epic EMR is used; background checks and licensure must be current. Applicants must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility and have SSN/DOB on file.

Qualifications

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of MS/Tele experience required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Epic EMR experience required
• No background or license actions within the past 12 months
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Med/Surg Tele unit within a short-term acute care, Level III trauma teaching hospital
• Night shift, 3x12 hours (19:00-7:00)
• Patient ratios of 1:5-6
• Floating required within scope to like units or affiliated campuses as needed
• Maximum of 4 days RTO permitted, with holiday RTO limited to one major holiday
• Deliver medical-surgical and telemetry nursing care within a Level III trauma teaching hospital setting
