Intermountain Health Spanish Fork Hospital invites a Registered Nurse to join our PRN Med/Surg team, primarily night shifts with occasional days. You will assess patients, plan and implement care, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.

We require a current RN license, BLS, and BSN eligibility or completion by the specified date; weekend coverage is needed every 8 weeks, and there is no remote work.

Qualifikationen

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice; compact licenses transferable within 60 days.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• BSN preferred; BSN required as of 04/27/2025 update.

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients and collect information.
• Plan individualized care using the nursing process with patient and family involvement.
• Implement care by coordinating the interdisciplinary team and delegated tasks.
