Job summary

Cox Monett is seeking a Medical-Surgical RN to join the night shift team. You will manage care for adult, geriatric, and pediatric patients, performing assessments, medication administration, dressing changes, vital signs, charting, and patient education.

Requirements include Missouri RN license, BLS within 90 days, ACLS/PALS within one year, and a BSN preferred. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential in this fast-paced unit.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Missouri (active)
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS within one year of hire
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or higher

Responsibilities

• Manage care for adult, geriatric and pediatric patients with general medical/surgical needs.
• Assess patient condition, administer medications, change dressings, monitor vitals and maintain records.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
