Job summary

CoxHealth in Springfield, MO is hiring a Registered Nurse for the 4W Med-Surg Cardiac unit. This fast-paced night-shift role (36 hours weekly) supports telemetry monitoring, cardiac interventions, and heart failure management.

You will gain hands-on experience with medication drips and specialized treatments while working in a team-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have a Missouri RN license, BSN preferred, and strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN-approved program.
• Missouri RN license active in the state of Missouri.
• BLS certification obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and administer medications.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient status.
• Change dressings and maintain accurate records for patient families.
