Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Medical Surgical CNA at Dallas Medical Center in Farmers Branch, TX. This full-time night shift role supports patient care, assists with ADLs, mobility, feeding, and vital signs, while helping nurses with wound care and maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate required.
• Current BLS (AHA) required at hire.
• Minimum six months experience in an acute care hospital or physicians' office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Aid in mobility and transfers to prevent skin breakdown and assist with feeding when needed.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the RN; may assist with wound care.
• Stock and maintain supplies in patient rooms; keep the environment clean and safe.
• Transport patients within the hospital as needed.
