Qualifications

• Texas RN license required to practice in Texas.
• Current multi-state license via NLC allowed.
• BSN degree must be pursued with completion within 4 years of hire.
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required on hire.
• Minimum 1 year Med/Surg RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical leader for Med/Surg unit operations.
• Manage shift assignments, coordinate care, and ensure patient flow.
• Rounding on patients and maintaining TJC compliance.
• Participation in staff evaluations and performance improvement.
