• 3–5 years of laboratory experience.
• ASCP certification (MLT/MT/MLA) required.
• Ability to read, interpret, and report test results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise specimen processing and testing under CLIA guidelines.
• Ensure quality control and record-keeping for tests.
• Maintain instrument maintenance and calibration records.
• Communicate results accurately to providers and supervisors.
