Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

Supervise all mechanical personnel and train as required.
Manage manpower to meet schedules and deadlines.
Coordinate equipment setup, repairs and installations to meet customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, FDA, DEA and OSHA.
Interact with customers and management to achieve objectives.
Balance multiple issues in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate resources with production schedule.
Instruct mechanics on assignments and priorities.
Update work hours and payroll for mechanical staff.
Watch for safety guidelines and follow them.
