Job summary

Steffes Solutions, LLC seeks a multi-level assembler for night shift in Grand Forks, ND. You will follow standard work, read drawings, assemble products, torque joints, and perform leak testing with tools and fixtures, ensuring quality and safety.

Level II/III responsibilities include operating manlifts, cutting/assembling stainless lines, and coaching others, with forklift certification and documentation duties. Strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer knowledge (Windows, email, internet) required.
• Written and verbal communication, math, reading, and spelling skills required.
• An acceptable combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Ability to walk, sit, or stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard work, training guides, and acceptance criteria to meet customer and QMS requirements.
• Operate and inspect cranes safely.
• Read and understand drawings to assemble product.
• Torque and mark joints to appropriate values.
• Perform moderate to semi-complex assembly/testing with hand and power tools.
• Set up leak tests and assist in locating leaks in plumbing.
• Record inspections and report inconsistencies or defects.
• Coach and lead others as needed (Level III).
• Complete and verify customer documentation.
