Winland Foods in Grand Forks, ND is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our production lines reliable and safe. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, plus assist with machine setup and minor fabrication.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced food production environment. The schedule is rotating nights (3) one week and (4) the next, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in manufacturing or food production.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not held.
• 18+ years of age.
• Knowledge of GMPs, SDS and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Assist with machine setup, equipment modifications, and rebuilds for optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate CMMS documentation and records.
• Follow all safety protocols and GMPs and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to minimize downtime.
