Responsibilities

• Chip frozen meat blocks apart during processing.
• Run meat blocks through processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Enter batch information into Plex Software and manage daily inventory.
• Mix ingredients and add oils per customer specifications.
• Clean meat room equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely processing and quality.
• Operate forklift to unload shipments and stage product for processing.
